Chapter Rally- in Warrenton, OR...
  To Celebratea milestone on SEPT. 18-20, 2013

 Acceptable electric with the Northwest FMCA rally and a pre-rally site was not able to be achieved. 

The Misfits did not appear at the area rally.

However, they did want to be together to celebrate their twenty-fifth year as Frustrated Maestros.  They did this at Kampers West Kampground in Warrenton, OR.

There was lots of playing.  Try and restrain a Maestro!!       The group lived up to Maestro tradition by eating together.  They had a catered seafood dinner, ate  world famous Fultano's Pizza, Barbequed hamburgers, 2 full breakfasts and 2 continental breakfasts.

 

The chapter held a business meeting with reports and elections.  Elected officers are  Hal Shorr  President/National Director and Russ Warren Vice President/Alternate National Director.  Della Beckham was re-elected as Secretary/Treasurer.

 Most of all the Misfits had a grand opportunity to visit.

September 14-16, 2013

 

The very first Glamarama was held  September 17-22, 2013 at Elkart County Fairground, Goshen, IN. Glamarama is the former GLASS rally.

Glamarama’s Director was Ron Walker.

At the Opening Ceremonies.

 

The Great Lakes Maestros provided music for

two morning coffee hours.

 

Special numbers are always a part of a Frustrated Maestro performance.

A small group played background music for the pancake breakfast.

The Ladies Tea was treated to a small group of Maestros.     The chapter conducted a regular business meeting presided over by President Paul Long.

Happy Hour was enjoyed as a time to visit, relax and nibble!

Glamarama will be June 11-14, 2014 At the Elkhart County Fairgrounds, Goshen, IN. This is the same place as the 2013 rally.

South Central Salutes Military and Responders

South Central Six State Rally adopted the theme of

Remembering our past and present military. 

The rally also

Saluted First Responders.

 

 

The Frustrated Maestros-South Central
arrived September 9, 2013.

Preparation for the three days of performances began.

 

  Programs combined songs from the traditional red book, the modern red book,  gospel and country/blue grass tunes. 

 

 

Maestros provided music for the three full breakfasts.

 

A pizza lunch before the official rally was enjoyed.

Invited guests were the current and past South Central

and National officers.

Newly elected national president Charlie Adcock and national vice President Jon Walker were in attendance for the pizza meal.
Jerry Yeatts, Executive Secretary,
and Vicky Ferarri, national secretary, also attended this rally.

 

 



Maestros enjoyed the volunteer dinner. A country/blue grass jam was scheduled to get to know the rally goers who enjoy this style of music.  Plans are to continue this jam at the next rally.   Maestros performed for an evening performance.     Maestros were asked to repeat the military salute, including the National anthem, to open the evening program on the designated Patriotic Day.  A full pint of ice cream attracted rally goers for the the traditional ice cream social. Lee and Richard Carr entered with country/blue/grass music.     This  small group of  sixteen performers  was enthusiastic and had fun.   Apopreciation to Rally Masters Bob and Kay Easton
