How do I join a Maestro Chapter?

To contact one of the 9 Frustrated Maestro chapters find the area in which you are interested in joining a Maestro Chapter.  

You must be a member of FMCA.  
You must belong to at least one Maestro Chapter to perform 

at as many rallies in the USA as you wish.
