Frustrated Maestros
rehearsed and performed at the
Oklahoma Exposition Center
in Shawnee, OK.
Five
coaches brought 7 performers. Lee and Rich Carr provided the instruments, a
dulcimer, a mandolin and a “marimbala”, a tuned bass rhythm instrument that
Rich calls his “Thumper” …

The
chapter hosted a well attended pizza luncheon for the 6-State Maestros and past
and present National FMCA officers. The
area resembled a golf cart corral.

A
very productive business meeting affirmed that the chapter should continue. A
slate of officers for 2013 was elected. An
extensive discussion was conducted on ways to attract new members.

The
“Front Porch Players, Lee and Rich Carr, provided music for the Ice Cream
Social. A full pint of ice cream was
served each person attending.
