South Central Six State Rally

The South Central Frustrated Maestros gathered in Hutchinson, KS September 28 – October 1, 2011.  Eleven Maestros eagerly performed for the area rally at the Kansas State Fairgrounds.

From 2011 South Central

Keyboardist Bob Dolle and drummer Lenore Combs provided the instrumental support for the nine chorus members. During the week two more performers joined the group.



Rehearsals filled two days and programs were developed. Three traditional morning coffee hours were treated to Maestro Music. All efforts were very well received. The performances were capped by all present standing and singing of God Bless America.


Bob Easton served as music director for the rally.

For the Ice Cream Social Bob Dolle and Lenore Combs entertained, with a little help from volunteer soloists.


The day before “show time” there was a pizza lunch. Invited guests were area and national officers. This was well received by the guests.
