Pete Echardt, Lifetime Membership
The Greater Easter Area Maestros have bestowed a Lifetime Membership upon long time director Pete Eckhardt. The Sharps and Flats Frustrated Maestro chapter presented the award. Dean Peterson and wife Cindy made the presentation after an evening out to dinner and the Community Band concert in Columbia, SC.
Pete has directed Frustrated Maestros for GEAR, NEAR and SEA. He conducted the Maestros for the 2006 International Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Pete and wife Jean were well liked and respected. Jean passed away in 2010.
